At Desh Dhaaga, every garment is a labor of love, meticulously handcrafted using traditional weaving and natural dyeing techniques. Because of the delicate and exclusive nature of our heritage textiles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exchanges

We maintain strict quality control checks. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange (T&C applied). In special conditions only, we offer exchange once our quality check team approves the request. Please note that defects from our side carry less than a 0.01% possibility as we enforce the highest standards.

• Reporting an Issue: You must notify us at shop@deshdhaaga.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the defect along with any necessary details to justify the issue. If one fails to report within this 24-hour timeline of delivery, we will unfortunately be unable to process an exchange.
• Exchange Process: Our team will guide you in detail. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. We will replace the item with the same product.

Please Note

Slight variations in color, texture, or weave are inherent to handloom fabrics and natural dyes. These are not considered defects, but rather the beautiful hallmark of authentic Indian craftsmanship.
